How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Thinknames Plumbing should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Thinknames Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a plumber we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done at your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Please know that Thinknames Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@thinknames.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Disagree

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
